How to apply

• Call the municipality call center on 80022220
• Request the service and provide the call center agent with the requested information (name, date of birth, situation, address, transaction type)
• After assign your appointment you will receive another SMS to inform you about it.

Conditions

• This service is special only for the people with special needs, elderly, retired and widows.
• For Abu Dhabi citizens the appointments will be on Sunday and Tuesday.
• For Abu Dhabi external areas citizens the appointments will be on Monday Wednesday and Thursday.
