Data Base Enhancement Project
Municipality of Abu Dhabi City is moving forward in implementing its vital projects according to a well planned agenda that will provide massive amount of valuable data to its database, which will enhance future development planning vision in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi since geographical data is now considered vital resource of information to support any infrastructure or development projects in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
This project aims to extend Municipality of Abu Dhabi City’s geographic information data base to include all regions that are controlled by the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City and the Western Region.
Database Enhancement Project and GPS Reference Station Network Project are considered the most important strategic projects that have been accomplished and which will have a major role in supporting all development projects and planning in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
