Specialized firms based in Abu Dhabi Emirate and interested in taking part in this Tender are required to report to the Procurement Division, Municipality of Abu Dhabi City (Office C-17, Second Floor), to pay the prescribed fees (un-refundable) and receive the Tender documents. |

The deadline for submitting bids is Sunday 10/06/2012 (from the start of the official working hours up to 03:00 pm). Bids have to be submitted to the Secretariat of Bids Opening Committee, Head Office of the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City, Al Salam Street (Office 4203, 2nd floor) in red-sealed envelopes (including all approved & required bidding documents) marked on the outside with the Tender Number, Project Name and Company Name as follows: |

Envelope 1: Contains the Technical Proposal and to be marked on the outside with the Tender Number, Project Name and Proposal Name (Technical Proposal). |

Envelope 2: Contains the Financial Proposal and to be marked on the outside with the Tender Number, Project Name, and Proposal Name (Financial Proposal). |

C. |
Envelope 3: Contains the Tender Bond and to be marked on the outside with the Tender Number, Project Name, and Proposal Name (Tender Bond). |

The Bid must be accompanied by an initial deposit by way of Bank Guarantee made to the above amount and valid for 120 days from the bids opening date (Tender validity). |
| 4. |
The successful bidder has to submit a Performance Bond amounting to 5% of the accepted proposal. |
| 5. |
